The delivery fee costs SEK 59. For purchases over SEK 599, the words are free of shipping.

PostNord home delivery
The delivery fee costs SEK 99. PostNord delivers your order directly to your home.

Does Sesonie deliver outside of Sweden?
We currently do not deliver outside of Sweden, but our ambition is to be able to deliver to other countries in the future.

Track your order

You can easily follow your delivery after you receive a delivery confirmation with tracking number via email. This usually takes place within 48 hours (weekdays) of the order being received.

Delivery time

  • Sweden: Delivery normally takes place within 3-4 working days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer in connection with holidays and sale periods. The specified delivery time is always an estimate. If the order is significantly delayed and this cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel the purchase without additional costs. Deliveries with many items or to remote locations or rural areas may take longer.

Receipt of delivery
Please note that you are responsible for the goods after you receive the package. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should not accept the package as this may affect your statutory rights and your right to compensation. You are responsible for inspecting your goods for any faults and notifying us of any claims if so. In the event of defective goods or deviations from your order, you have the option of returning the defective goods. We will reimburse the purchase cost.

If you do not collect your package
If you do not redeem your package, it will remain with the agent for 14 days and then the package will be returned to us. Please note that you will be charged a return fee. We will refund the purchase cost once we have processed the returned order.

If the order is delayed
If you have received an email with your tracking number, you can follow your delivery. Should it happen that you have not received your package, please contact our customer service at info@sesonie.com.
