Return
We at Sesonie always aim for you to be satisfied when you shop with us. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order.
Accepted return policy:
- Within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The customer provides the return fee.
- The products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
Guide for returns
To facilitate your experience, please follow our guidelines for registering returns below:
- Contact our customer service and enter your order number to receive our return form.
- Put the return form together with the goods in their original packaging and seal the packaging carefully.
- The return must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Send the return back via the same supplier that delivered your order.
Denied return
We reserve the right to refuse your return if the returned product is deemed to be in an unsaleable condition. The reasons below are examples of refused returns:- The product is stained or damaged/broken in a way that has occurred during use.
- The product smells; due to, for example, perfume/pets/smoke.
- The product is returned with unsuitable/bad packaging which has caused damage to the product in connection with the return shipping.
- The product is washed.
Complaint
If you have received a defective product, you have the right to complain about it within a reasonable time, this is considered to be within 2 months from receipt.
In some cases, we may have to take the defective item back and you as the customer are then responsible for packing the item so that it is not damaged during the return transport. In these cases, Sesonie is responsible for the return cost.
Changed
We do not have the option to exchange products. If a new product is desired, we ask you to return your existing product and then place a new order.
