Ordering

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
If you have not received an order confirmation, this may be because you have entered the wrong email address at the time of ordering, or our order confirmation has ended up in the junk mail.
Please contact our customer service if you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing an order.

Can I implement changes in a ordering?
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel/change/add products to your order.

Do you offer exchanges?
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your product to a different size or color, you need to return your item and then place a new order.

Shipping and delivery

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We offer different delivery options and depending on which country the order is to be sent to, the delivery time varies. Your order is always processed within 48 hours.

Do you offer free deliveries?
For purchases over SEK 599, we offer free delivery.

Returns and complaints

How long do I have the right to return?
If you shop from Sesonie, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that not collecting a package or not accepting a delivery is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service and enter your order number to receive a return form.

Do you offer free returns?
No, when returning an order, the customer pays for the return cost.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
When your returned goods arrive at our warehouse, the return is reviewed and approved. Reimbursement of your order takes place via the same form of payment that you chose at checkout. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the money to be refunded. If you have chosen to pay via invoice through Klarna, your invoice will automatically be updated when your return is handled.
