TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms of use apply to your purchases and your use of the website www.sesonie.com. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Sesonie AB, 559460-8407 hereinafter referred to as "Sesonie". "we" or "us".

By making a purchase and using this website, you agree to the following terms. We therefore ask you to carefully read the terms and conditions before using our website.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we have received an order from you, we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when ordering. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. The confirmation also constitutes your receipt for the purchase.

PAYMENT

You can choose to pay by credit card, debit card, ApplePay or through Klarna. When paying by credit card, Shopify is responsible for all bank transactions. Sesonie does not handle any bank or credit card numbers.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Pay securely with Klarna, ApplePay, Visa, Amex, Maestro or MasterCard. Your payment is handled by Shopify, with secure encryption and strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or downloaded by anyone other than your bank. Sesonie does not charge any extra fees for card payments. Your bank may charge an extra fee depending on the card and bank. When paying by credit or debit card, the terms and conditions apply as soon as the card transaction has been approved. If no payment has been received after placing your order, the order may be automatically canceled by Sesonie.

PRICES

All prices displayed on Sesonie's website (www.sesonie.com) include VAT according to applicable law. Please note that if an order is shipped to a country outside the EU, any import duties and taxes may apply, which will be charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You as the customer are responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that we have no control over these fees, and as these fees differ from country to country, we cannot predict this cost. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

Sesonie may offer promotions on the website that have more favorable terms than those stated in these terms and conditions, e.g. discounts or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable conditions apply as long as the promotion is active for the specific products listed. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. In the event of termination or cancellation of a campaign, these terms and conditions apply without modification. Offers on specific products on the website are valid for a limited time.

After a purchase on the website has been made, Sesonie will not make any adjustments to the amount you have paid, unless the incorrect price has occurred due to technical problems/errors on the website.

For promotions such as "buy one get one free", you must always return all products for a refund, which means you return all products received during the promotion. If you have participated in a promotion where you received a discount on your purchase, your refund will be adjusted according to the terms that applied to that promotion. Sesonie discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers on the website unless otherwise stated.

ORDERS

Orders can only be placed by persons who are 18 years of age or older and who are not under guardianship. Orders placed in someone else's name without their consent will be reported to the police. The same applies to orders where Sesonie suspects crime.

We reserve the right to change or correct prices for orders received. If a stated price for a product is clearly incorrect, Sesonie may cancel the purchase and if the customer has paid for the product, Sesonie will refund the money to the customer.

When you place an order with Sesonie, you also give us permission to send out newsletters to you as a customer. You can easily unsubscribe from our newsletter at the bottom of any newsletter we send or by sending us an email at info@sesonie.com

RETURNS

Individuals have the right to return an order within 14 days of receiving the order. However, this right is conditional on the product and its packaging being in unaltered condition. If a customer exercises their right to return a product, please contact Sesonie for further instructions. Costs of transport to return products are paid by the customer. If a shipment is damaged during transport to the customer, Sesonie must be contacted within 7 days of receipt.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

When purchasing Sesonie's products, we will save certain information in order to complete a purchase. Sesonie treats all personal information confidentially. You have the right to request access to your data and if something is wrong, you can have it changed or deleted. Sesonie can also use cookies, for example to improve your experience of the website.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Sesonie has the right to change prices, charge additional costs and change product information without prior notice. Product images and other information aim to reflect the product as accurately as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the product in its actual appearance. Image quality may vary depending on the color settings on your computer or phone. All images should be considered as illustrations only and do not guarantee correct appearance and properties.

DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

We deliver products within Sweden. Deliveries are made in collaboration with the Swedish company Postnord. You cannot cancel an order after a completed purchase, but you do have the right to return your order in line with Sesonie's return policy.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

It is important that you as a customer carefully examine the ordered product when you have received your order. If your product has been damaged in transit, you must report this to the carrier as soon as possible. This applies regardless of whether there is visible damage or not. If, after receiving the product, you discover that the package is damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact us within 14 days.

Any complaints must be sent to Sesonie via e-mail: info@sesonie.com. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your complaint, then we will get back to you with further instructions for returning the product.

Faulty products that are returned to Sesonie must still be handled with care by the customer and as if they were faultless. Regardless of the reason for the return, it is very important that the product is packed so that it cannot be damaged during transport. If a particular product is no longer available, the customer is entitled to a refund.

FORCE MAJEURE

Sesonie is released from liability and other penalties caused by circumstances beyond Sesonie's control. Such circumstances include government interference, new or amended legislation, pandemics, war, fires, floods, labor disruptions, bans, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport and weather conditions, non-delivery by suppliers or if Sesonie or its partners are subject to criminal activity.

USER CONSENT

The website www.sesonie.com may include content generated by users from, for example, social media applications. Sesonie does not claim ownership or rights in such content (images, photos and videos, etc.) and assumes no legal responsibility for it. If you suspect a violation of copyright or any other right, or if you feel in any way offended by such content, please contact our customer service at info@sesonie.com.

OWNERSHIP

All products remain the property of Sesonies until full payment is made.

FRAUD

All cases of fraud are reported to the police. Sesonie reserves the right to cancel a purchase if a crime is suspected.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Sesonie reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of the Website at its sole discretion. This can be done, for example, if Sesonie suspects that you have violated these terms. Such termination may be made without notice.

VIOLATION OF RIGHTS

The intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, on www.sesonie.com belonging to Sesonie, may not be used commercially without permission from Sesonie. Any use of www.sesonie.com or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, except for your personal non-commercial use, is prohibited without permission from Sesonie.

This website is exclusively owned by Sesonie. All material on this website is reserved by Sesonie.

CHANGES

Sesonie may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Each time you order a product from us, the general terms and conditions in force at that time will apply to the agreement between you and Sesonie. You should therefore regularly visit this page to review the then current terms and conditions to which you are bound.
